Midnight Mercato Run, Bonifacio Global City

We’ve been to Midnight Mercato at Bonifacio Global City a handful of times before but we always forget to document our experiences. Midnight Mercato happens every Friday and Saturday night, from 10pm to 3am.

Echoing Japanese minimalist sensibilities, Ramen Bar feels fresh and clean. You can see this in the interiors, the placemats that double as their menus and the maintained ambiance of the whole place.
If all seats were taken, the place might feel a bit cramped.
The high ceiling also gives you the feeling that this place is modern and the framed artwork adds a cute touch.

Lorra’s been obsessed with bubble tea lately so when we spotted ChaTime at the Landmark crossing from Glorietta, we had to try it.

It’s a good date place if you don’t mind the small space. Couples might end up sitting uncomfortably near other couples or groups of people. The place also has horrible acoustics which makes it sound like a marketplace but then again, they don’t give any illusions of being otherwise. They did name their restaurant Chelsea Market and Cafe.

The service was really good. The waiters were very accommodating and made us “salabat” even if it wasn’t on the menu. It felt like a good dating place because the place wasn’t too big that it still retained an intimate feel and they had booths for couples or small groups. The food was also very tasty (and healthy too!). Felix is definitely worth another...
